Is it safe for our staff to use ChatGPT with client data?
Not with the free consumer version, which can use your inputs to train models. Business tiers of ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot keep your data private by contract. Part of our review is picking the right tier and putting a policy in place so staff know what’s allowed.
Do we need Copilot licenses before you start?
No. The readiness review comes first and tells you how many licenses make sense. Many small businesses only need Copilot for a handful of roles.
How much does AI consulting cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your business, so we quote after a free discovery call. Existing managed IT clients receive preferred pricing.
Do you only work with Microsoft tools?
No. We recommend Microsoft Copilot for most 365 shops because the data stays in your tenant, but we also deploy ChatGPT Team and Enterprise, Claude for Work, and industry-specific AI tools when they fit better.

Yes. A written AI acceptable-use policy is included in every readiness review, tailored to your industry’s confidentiality rules.
